Landscaping websites that show the work and start the conversation.

Give your gardens, paving and outdoor projects room to be seen. We write, design and build a website that explains the jobs you take on, where you work and how a customer can ask for a quote.

Original design and copy. Up to 25 agreed pages. £799 current offer. Ends 31 October; availability and terms apply.

A design study created by UpOnUp. The business and garden imagery are illustrative, not a client commission or completed landscaping work.

Project galleries with contextClear services and coverageA practical quote enquiry

Make the kind of work you want easy to find.

A full garden redesign, a new patio and regular grounds care need different information. Your page plan should reflect the services you actually provide.

Garden design and complete landscaping

Explain how an idea becomes a plan, what your design and build service includes, and when a site visit happens. Show relevant gardens and the thinking behind them.

A useful next step: discuss the project.

Paving, planting and focused improvements

Give your main services their own detail. Explain materials or approaches where they help a customer choose, with real examples of your role in the finished work.

A useful next step: request a quote.

Garden maintenance and grounds care

Separate recurring care from one-off work. State the customers and areas you serve, the tasks you take on and how you agree a visit or ongoing arrangement.

A useful next step: check service availability.

Choose the services that fit your business. We agree your page structure with you and write from your facts, rather than giving every landscaper the same list.

Explore a complete landscaping website.

Highland Landscaping is our ten-page design study, from service pages and project galleries to a garden enquiry.

It shows how design, paving, planting and care can sit together without hiding the practical details. The invented Beauly business, family team, garden imagery and guide prices are part of the study.

Services with their own space

Garden design, landscaping, paving, planting and care each explain a different reason to get in touch.

Projects people can inspect

The gallery lets visitors explore the images and project descriptions, rather than relying on a single opening photograph.

An enquiry with useful context

The sample collects location, work, budget and timing. It prepares a local draft only; no enquiry is sent.

A finished garden deserves more than a row of thumbnails. Give a prospective customer enough detail to recognise the kind of work they need and understand your part in it.

We help organise your approved photographs and write the project descriptions. You confirm the facts and permission to publish.

Plan the images for your website
The customer's starting point
Describe what the outdoor space needed to do and the practical constraints, such as access, levels or maintenance.
The work you delivered
Name the services, materials and decisions that matter. Separate your own work from work carried out by another contractor.
The finished space
Use a useful mix of wider views and details. If you have genuine before-and-after images, keep the project and viewpoint clear.
A sensible next step
Link a relevant project back to its service and enquiry route. State the general area without publishing a customer's private address.

Start with the job, the location and a way to reply.

A visitor should be able to tell whether you cover their area before writing an enquiry. A short form can collect enough context for the first reply without asking them to specify the whole job.

We build around your actual service area and working process, whether you serve one town or several regions. UpOnUp delivers the website remotely, wherever your business is based.

Tell us how you handle enquiries

A useful landscaping enquiry

  • Name and email or telephoneA reliable way for your team to respond.
  • Town, area or postcodeEnough to check coverage before arranging a visit.
  • The work they have in mindA service choice and a short description in their own words.
  • Timing and budget, if knownHelpful context, with room for “not sure yet”.

This is a suggested starting point for your form. We agree the fields, destination and next step with you.

You know the work. We put it into a website.

We handle the page plan, writing, original design and responsive build. You supply the business facts, approve the content and review the finished site before launch.

In the agreed website build

  • Up to 25 agreed pages, with copy written for your business.
  • Your services, coverage, team and approved project material.
  • Layouts for phone and desktop and an agreed enquiry route.
  • 2 consolidated refinement rounds and your approval before publication.
  • Your finished website and files after full build payment.

Bring specialist requirements into the brief

Live booking calendars, instant estimating, customer portals and CRM connections depend on the systems and process you use. We agree those separately before making a commitment.

Replacing a site? We also review the useful pages, project links and enquiry routes that need to carry forward. Your domain and existing email remain part of the launch plan.

Use the redesign checklist

Send your current website, your main services and the areas you cover. We can start with those.

Discuss your landscaping website

Before you get started.

Use the free website brief builder to collect your services, project material and priorities. Short notes are enough to start.

Do I need a different page for every town?

Your real coverage needs to be clear. A separate location page is useful only when it adds something specific, such as relevant projects, services or visiting arrangements. We agree a useful structure rather than repeating the same page for a list of places.

What if I only have a few good project photographs?

A small, well-explained selection can be a good starting point. Show work you have actually completed and have permission to publish. We can identify missing images with you; the finished site should not present illustrative gardens as your completed jobs.

Can you write the service and project descriptions?

Yes. Copywriting is part of the standard website build. We use the details you provide, ask about gaps and give you the wording to check. You approve service claims, project facts and any customer quotation before publication.

When will I see the first version?

The first reviewable website is due within 48 hours after your deposit and the necessary business details are confirmed. Refinements, your approval and any domain steps follow. This is a first-review milestone, not a promise to launch within 48 hours.

Can you help a landscaping business outside the UK?

Yes. We work remotely worldwide and agree your own service area, contact details and preferred project currency. The Highland example is a Scottish design study; your site is written and designed for your business and customers.
