SEO & AI search.
Be easier
to find.
People search. People ask AI. Make your website a clearer, more useful source when they’re looking for what you do, and give them a reason to get in touch.
For UpOnUp websites, including new builds. Scope and quote agreed before work starts.
“Who can help me with this?”
The right answer.
The evidence.
The next step.
“Let’s talk.”
The journey we improve. Search placement is never guaranteed.
Built for how people find businesses now
Good SEO.
Clear answers.
A business worth choosing.
Search engines and AI assistants need to find and understand your pages. Your next customer needs to understand your value. We work on both.
That means accessible pages, specific services, useful answers and credible evidence. We turn those foundations into an agreed programme of website improvements, focused on the customers and enquiries that matter to you.
What we can improve
Less guesswork.
More useful work.
Your proposal names the pages and changes we’ll tackle. It includes implementation and checks, so you know what will actually change on your website.
Remove the obstacles.
Check crawl access, indexing signals, page structure, mobile usability and internal links. Fix the agreed technical issues that make useful pages harder to discover or use.
Own your real expertise.
Choose the services and customer questions worth focusing on. Improve the agreed pages with clear answers, accurate business details and evidence you can stand behind.
Make every page easier to understand.
Sharpen titles, headings and descriptions. Connect related pages. Add appropriate structured data that matches what visitors can actually see.
Give interest somewhere to go.
Make the next step clear on the pages attracting attention. Check the mobile enquiry journey, contact details and relevant calls to action.
Show the work. Track the signals.
Keep a record of the changes and an agreed baseline. Review indexing, relevant search queries, clicks and enquiries where measurement is available, with a follow-up date agreed in the proposal.
One focused project to start
A clear plan.
Then the improvements.
We start with the website you have and the business you want. You choose whether to go ahead after seeing the proposed work and price.
- Review
Find the priorities.
Share your website and the services or customers that matter most. We check the fit and identify a worthwhile starting scope.
- Agree
Know what you’re buying.
Named pages, changes, access requirements, deliverables, cost and timing. Confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Improve
Make the changes.
We implement the agreed work, check it and give you a record of what changed. You approve business facts and substantial copy changes.
- Review again
See what happens next.
Compare the available evidence with the starting point at the agreed follow-up. Use it to decide what deserves attention next.
A separately priced project. No automatic retainer. Any ongoing work is agreed with you.
Is it right for your website?
You have the expertise.
Your site needs to show it.
This is a good fit if your important services are hard to find, your pages leave buyer questions unanswered or you want to make an existing site easier for search engines and AI search to understand.
We implement this work on websites built by UpOnUp, including new sites we are creating for you. If your site was built elsewhere, we can review its public pages and discuss a replacement project. Editing another provider’s website is outside this service.
What your quote makes clear
- The pages, technical fixes and content changes included.
- The accounts and access needed, with your approval.
- The baseline, checks and follow-up review included.
- The price, delivery stages and any separate costs.
Paid advertising, bought links, mass-produced articles and promises of first place are not part of this service. Rankings, traffic, AI mentions and enquiries depend on more than the work on your site.
Already having a website built by us? The build includes basic search foundations. This service goes further into search priorities, deeper page improvements and measurement; you are not paying again for those same basics.
SEO. AI search.
Straight answers.
What does “AI search optimisation” actually mean?
Improving the website as a source: making important pages accessible, giving direct and useful answers, explaining who you are and supporting claims with real evidence. We review search-crawler access where relevant. There is no special file or markup that guarantees inclusion in AI answers. Google says the same core SEO best practices apply to its AI search features.
Can you guarantee a Google ranking or a ChatGPT recommendation?
No. Search engines and AI services choose what they show. We can commit to the agreed improvements, checks and reporting. We cannot sell a guaranteed position, citation, lead count or revenue result.
How will I know what has improved?
You receive a record of the work, checks against the agreed scope and a review against the baseline where data is available. With approved access, this can include Search Console queries and clicks, indexing, and relevant enquiry data. Bing’s AI Performance reporting can add citation evidence where available. We distinguish completed work from changes in traffic or enquiries; some effects take time and cannot be attributed to a single edit.
How much does it cost?
We quote after reviewing your UpOnUp website or planned build and agreeing the work. A small set of service pages and a site with extensive technical problems need different scopes. Your quote sets out the deliverables, timing, review and price before you commit. There is no automatic monthly subscription.
Is this included in Managed Websites?
No. Managed Websites covers hosting, routine upkeep and small content updates within an agreed allowance. Search research, substantial page optimisation and performance reviews are separate work. You can choose either service, or both.
Do I need to give you passwords to get started?
No. Your website address is enough for the first conversation. If the project needs account access, we agree the permissions and use appropriate invitations or access arrangements. Don’t send passwords in the enquiry form.
