UpOnUp’s coral Full Stop character, ready to make an introduction

You know the right people.
We’ll do the website part.

A friend starting out. A local business growing up. Someone whose website no longer does their work justice.

  1. Bring us together.

When they’ve asked UpOnUp to contact them, send a few details below. We’ll check and confirm the introduction with you.

  2. They get their next website.

We handle the conversation, design, words and build. They decide whether to go ahead. There’s no selling or project management for you.

  3. You get a proper thank you.

£50 earned when the deposit clears, then £50 when the final payment clears. Two milestones. One £100 reward.

Have another genuine introduction? The same reward applies to each eligible new customer. See the programme rules.

Do I have to be an UpOnUp customer?

No. Anyone making a genuine introduction can take part. You don’t have to buy a website or create an account.

How much will I receive, and when?

The total reward is £100 for a GBP project, €125 for a EUR project or $150 for a USD project. Half qualifies after the customer’s deposit clears, and the other half after their final payment clears. We check each payment, confirm payment dates by email and arrange your reward privately by bank transfer.

If the customer pays the whole project price at once, both halves qualify once that payment clears. Submitting this form does not itself earn a reward.

Which currency applies?

Your reward follows the currency the referred customer actually pays for their website: GBP, EUR or USD. The selector lets you view those fixed amounts; it does not choose the customer’s currency or authorise a payment.

Can I refer more than one business?

Yes. Each eligible new customer can qualify for a separate reward for their first website project. If more than one person refers the same business, we use the earliest valid introduction we can verify.

What if they have already spoken to you?

The programme is for new customers who are not already in an active website sales conversation with us. Register the introduction before they pay a deposit so we can check it and match your details. Referring an existing UpOnUp customer or your own business does not qualify.

What if the project stops after the deposit?

If the final payment is never made, the second half is not earned. A refunded or reversed customer payment does not qualify for an unpaid reward instalment. This does not authorise us to reclaim a reward already paid.

UpOnUp Refer to Earn
Version 2026-09-28-v1

A genuine, new introduction

Anyone can refer an eligible new website customer. The business must not already be an UpOnUp customer or in an active website sales conversation with us. We must receive the genuine introduction before the customer pays their deposit. We then review eligibility and match you to the introduction; our review can finish after the deposit. You cannot claim for your own website purchase, a fabricated introduction or someone who did not request contact. If more than one person refers the same business, we use the earliest valid introduction we can verify.

The reward and its two stages

One reward per eligible new customer for their first website project: £100 for GBP, €125 for EUR or $150 for USD. The reward follows the customer’s actual project currency. These are fixed amounts, not exchange-rate equivalents. Half qualifies after the deposit clears (£50 / €62.50 / $75); half after the final payment clears (£50 / €62.50 / $75). If the whole price is paid at once, both halves qualify when that payment clears. Hosting renewals, repeat work and form submissions do not create further rewards.

Payment and cancellations

We confirm eligibility and cleared customer payments, then confirm payment dates by email and arrange your reward by bank transfer. We request the payout details we need privately at that stage, never through this form. Cancelled projects do not qualify for an unpaid customer payment stage. A refunded or reversed customer payment does not qualify for an unpaid reward instalment. These rules do not authorise us to reclaim a reward already paid. We will explain any issue affecting your referral by email.

Permission comes first

Only provide a contact’s details if they have asked UpOnUp to email about their website and agreed to the sharing. Tell them that you may receive a reward. Don’t send bulk or unsolicited referral messages, use someone else’s confidential customer data, or present yourself as an UpOnUp employee. If you publicly promote the scheme for a reward, make the advertising relationship clear, including an upfront Ad label where required. Rewards are for genuine customers, not reviews or links.
