There’s a clear point to start, time to review and your approval before anything goes live.
The October offer has 20 places for new customers. It ends when those places are taken or on 31 October 2026 at 23:59 GMT, whichever comes first. Places are allocated in order of completed payment, across all currencies.
From 1 November 2026, or sooner if all 20 offer places are allocated, standard website pricing starts at £3,000 GBP. The final price depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed before payment.
How do the two payments work?
To get started
£399Pay roughly half through Stripe. The checkout shows the exact amount and eligible payment methods before you pay.
When you approve the site
£400Pay the remaining balance when you’re happy with the finished website, before we launch it.
No account is needed before Stripe payment. Afterwards, activate your account and confirm the business details. Bank transfer is also available with a saved order and payment reference; we confirm payment after checking receipt.
Paying for the build does not start a monthly subscription. Any hosting or managed care is agreed separately.
When will I see the website, and how does review work?
Your first reviewable version is ready within 48 hours after both the deposit and the business details we need are confirmed. That is your first review, rather than an automatic publication date.
Two consolidated rounds of refinements are included. Bring your comments together for each round, then approve the finished site. We publish after approval, the balance payment and the necessary domain steps. You stay in control of your domain and existing email.

Once both parts of the build price are paid, the finished website and project files are yours. You can host them elsewhere if you decide to move or end a monthly service.
Third-party fonts, images, software and other assets retain their own licence terms. Your domain remains under your control.
What if I need to cancel?
We discuss build cancellations and refunds case by case, taking into account work completed and your legal rights. Optional hosting has no minimum term and can be cancelled before the next renewal.

Keep your approved site live. Content changes, images, new pages and functionality can be quoted separately. Hosting is arranged separately at launch, with the first charge one calendar month after launch. There’s no minimum term; cancel before the next renewal.
