Website design for startups
Give your next move
a proper launch.
A startup website has to make a new business understandable. We turn your offer into a custom website with original design, the words written for you and a clear next step for the people you want to reach.
For the website that introduces the business, explains the offer and starts the conversation.
Build for the stage
you are actually at.
The next useful website can be focused without looking provisional. Its pages and calls to action should reflect what your business is ready to offer today.
Introducing the business
You need a credible place to explain the proposition and find out who wants to hear more.
- Website job
- Make the audience, problem and planned offer easy to understand.
- Useful pages
- Home, proposition, founder or company, questions and contact.
- Next step
- An enquiry or agreed interest route. Be clear about what is available now.
Ready to sell
You have a defined service or product and need a clear way for potential customers to investigate it.
- Website job
- Explain the offer, scope, practical details and how to get started.
- Useful pages
- Home, offer or services, how it works, about, questions and enquiry.
- Next step
- A sales conversation, quote request or link to an existing booking route.
Moving into a bigger market
The business has developed and the first website no longer tells the right story.
- Website job
- Give distinct audiences and service lines room to make sense.
- Useful pages
- A revised service structure, relevant audience pages and retained useful resources.
- Next step
- A more specific enquiry route aligned with the work you now want.
These are starting points for the page plan. The agreed scope follows your business, existing content and actual requirements. A larger page count is useful only when the extra pages have a clear purpose.
Bring the idea.
We will shape the website.
You do not need to arrive with finished copy or a folder of wireframes. We need enough reliable information to understand the offer and write it accurately.
Tell us who the business is for, what someone can buy or ask for, what makes it useful and what you want a visitor to do. Existing brand material and a few clear references help establish the visual direction.
Say what exists today
A launch page should distinguish the available offer from a future plan. We use the facts you can confirm, with clear language around availability, eligibility or anything still in development.
Choose the one action that matters
An enquiry, introductory conversation and interest registration have different purposes. We agree the route that fits the current offer instead of placing every possible action in the hero.
Keep your options open
The finished website and project files are yours after payment. You can choose optional hosting or arrange it elsewhere. Later pages and new functions can be scoped when the business needs them.
The marketing website
has its own job.
For a software or technology startup, the public website and the product can be separate pieces of work. Defining that boundary early makes the build easier to price and review.
Your public business website
The offer here covers the agreed pages that introduce the business, explain what it provides and give people a way to enquire.
- Original design and website copy
- Responsive pages and navigation
- Clear service or product explanations
- An agreed enquiry route
- Links to existing product or booking destinations
Functions to scope separately
Bring these requirements into the first conversation so we can confirm whether and how they fit the project.
- Accounts, logins and member areas
- Payments, checkout and ecommerce
- Application features and dashboards
- Customer databases or sensitive uploads
- New integrations and automated workflows
A launch you can review
before the world sees it.
We agree the content and page plan, then build a version you can inspect. The first review is a milestone in the project. Publication follows your approval and the required domain steps.
Review it as a customer
Can someone understand the offer without your explanation? Can they find the detail on a phone? Do the links and enquiry route take them where they expect?
Check it as the business
Confirm the names, contact details, product statements and commercial information. Your approval owner combines feedback from anyone who needs to review the content.
Launch with the essentials ready
The domain, existing email and any linked systems need a deliberate handover. If this replaces a previous website, useful content and established URLs also belong in the plan.
A complete website.
A clear agreement.
We plan, write, design and build your agreed website as one project. Original design and copywriting, up to 25 responsive pages, an agreed enquiry route and 2 consolidated refinement rounds are included.
A first reviewable version follows within 48 hours of receiving your deposit and confirming the business details we need. You review the facts and approve the finished website before launch.
Questions from founders.
Can you build a startup website before we have customers?
Yes, provided the offer and business facts can be explained accurately. The website can make the proposition, people, scope and next step clear using the material you have. It should not imply customer adoption, results or partnerships that do not exist.
Will you design our brand or logo as well?
Original website design is included. We can work with the identity and assets you already have and agree the visual direction for the site. A new brand identity, logo package or separate brand strategy is outside the standard website scope and needs its own agreement.
Can the website include a waitlist?
Tell us what someone should receive after registering and which system will hold their details. A simple interest route, an existing platform link and a new email automation have different requirements. We agree the form, handling and any integration before including it. Your wider email programme is separate from the website build.
Can we launch with fewer pages and add more later?
Yes. We agree the useful initial page plan rather than adding pages to fill an allowance. Later additions are quoted separately. If you already have useful pages, we account for them before deciding on a smaller replacement.
Does remote delivery work if our founders are in different countries?
Choose one person to own the approval and consolidate feedback. Tell us the audience, language, locations and practical review arrangements the project needs. Additional language versions or different market offers need to be included explicitly in the agreed scope.
