Restaurant website design.
Make choosing you easy.
Give guests a feel for your restaurant, then help them make a decision. The menu they can read on a phone. The hours for the service they want. A clear way to book or get in touch.
UpOnUp designs, writes and builds a website around your food, your place and the way you welcome people.
Good atmosphere.
Useful answers.
A photograph can help someone picture an evening with you. The practical details help them decide whether it works. We give both space.
Make the last few minutes of the journey simple.
Put the address, a working directions link and a click-to-call number together. If opening hours and kitchen hours differ, show both. Make special opening dates clear instead of leaving an old announcement at the top of the site.
Publish useful, confirmed details about the entrance, parking or public transport and accessibility. For several venues, give each location its own correct hours, menu and booking destination.
Make the next step mean what it says.
A guest should know whether they are reserving a table, calling the team or sending a request. Use the route your restaurant can actually manage, and explain when a request becomes a confirmed booking.
For a group enquiry, start with the date, party size, contact details and type of occasion. Leave availability and any final arrangements for your team to confirm.
A website and a booking system do different jobs.
You may already have the system you need. Start with it, then agree how the new website should connect guests to it.
- Link to your existing provider
A prominent link can take guests to the reservation or ordering page you already use. We check the correct restaurant, destination and mobile journey with you.
A straightforward route to discuss in the website brief.- Place a booking widget on the site
We need to check the provider's supported embed, account access, mobile behaviour and any third-party fees. An embedded widget is not automatically included just because a booking link is.
Confirm feasibility and scope before ordering.- Build new booking or ordering software
Live table availability, deposits, online food payments, order management, gift vouchers and connections to a till system each need defined requirements.
A separate software or commerce scope.
The standard website build covers agreed pages and an enquiry route. It does not include a new reservation engine or food ordering platform. Work out which type of website you need.
Every page earns its place at the table.
This is a starting plan for an independent restaurant. A neighbourhood dining room, an all-day café and several venues need different emphasis. We agree the pages around your actual business.
Already have a website? We account for useful menus, content and existing URLs before replacing it.
Plan a careful website replacementHome
The character of the place, the kind of food and a direct route to menus, visits and bookings.
Menus
The menus you currently serve, with prices and a clear distinction between lunch, dinner or other services.
Visit
The right address, directions, opening and kitchen hours, plus the practical access details guests need.
Book
Your existing reservation link, phone number or request process, with the status of a booking made clear.
Groups and occasions
Private dining or larger tables, if you offer them, with the details your team needs for a useful enquiry.
Our restaurant
Your real story, people and photographs. A reason to choose this place rather than an interchangeable dining room.
We bring the design and the words. You bring the restaurant.
The build includes original design, copywriting and responsive development for up to 25 agreed pages. You see the first reviewable version within 48 hours of the deposit and confirmed business details, followed by 2 consolidated refinement rounds.
You approve the finished site before launch. Menu upkeep, other ongoing content edits and any self-editing requirement are agreed separately, so you know how changes will happen after opening night.

Can we keep our current booking provider?
Yes. Tell us which provider and link you use. We can plan a clear route to that existing service. If you want the booking process embedded within the new site, we check the provider and agree the additional requirements first.
Can we update the menu ourselves?
Tell us how often it changes and who will make those changes. A self-editing system is a requirement to scope, rather than something to assume is included. We can also discuss separately quoted content updates and agree the practical arrangement before the build.
Can you work with a restaurant outside the UK?
Yes. The project can run remotely. We work from your real location, menu, prices, hours and business details. Additional languages or different content for several venues need an agreed scope and a person who can approve each version.
Will the new website bring in more bookings?
We design the site to make the menu, visit details and booking route easier to use. Actual bookings also depend on demand, reputation, availability and marketing. We do not promise a number of bookings or a search ranking.
