Hair salon
website design.
We design, write and build websites that help someone choose a service, get to know your salon and find the right way to book.
For independent salons and small teams worldwide, we shape the pages around your people, your work and how you welcome clients.
A service name
should help
someone choose.
Your regular clients may know the menu by heart. Someone visiting for the first time needs a little more to go on.
Plan a useful service pageShow the person
behind the chair.
A stylist introduction is more useful when someone can connect it to the work. Pair approved photographs with the person responsible and a short explanation of the services they offer.
Let the salon’s character come through in the images, words and page design. People should get a feel for the place as well as the appointment.
Give the work some context.
Choose photographs your salon has permission to publish. Explain the service shown where it helps, and keep results and descriptions accurate. Your own work gives people something specific to discuss.
If some services are available only with particular team members, make that clear before the booking handover. Keep names, roles and service availability current.
What if we have very few usable photographs?
Start with a small, considered selection. We can plan the missing team, interior and finished-work photographs with you. Our website image guide helps you gather material and check permission before publication.
The booking link
should pick up
where the page leaves off.
Someone has read about a service or chosen a stylist. The next screen should make sense. We plan the handover to your existing provider around the services, team and locations it actually supports.
- The right destination
- Check that the link opens the correct salon and, where supported, the relevant service or team member. Explain any choices the client still needs to make.
- An understandable next step
- A consultation request is different from a confirmed appointment. Tell the client whether they are contacting the team, requesting a time or completing a booking.
- The rules beside the decision
- Make your approved booking, cancellation and deposit information easy to find. Keep it consistent with the provider’s confirmation rather than leaving two versions for clients to untangle.
What if we want booking inside the new website?
A link to your existing provider is a useful starting point. An embedded booking tool needs checks for supported features, account access, phone use and any provider fees. New scheduling software, staff calendars, online payments and deposit handling require a separate agreed scope. They are not automatically included in a website build.
Make arriving
feel straightforward.
Put the correct address, directions, opening hours and contact route together. Add confirmed details about the entrance, accessibility or parking where useful. For more than one salon, keep each location’s people, services and booking destination aligned.
We agree the page plan around those differences. Our business website pages guide helps you think through what needs its own page and what can sit together.
A complete website.
A clear agreement.
We handle the words, design and build together, with a page plan we agree with you. Original design and copywriting, up to 25 responsive pages, an agreed enquiry route and 2 consolidated refinement rounds are included.
A first reviewable version follows within 48 hours of receiving your deposit and confirming the business details we need. You review the facts and approve the finished website before launch.
