Guest house & B&B
website design.
We design, write and build websites that help guests understand your rooms, picture their stay and find the right way to book.
We work with independent guest houses and bed and breakfasts worldwide, shaping the website around your place and the practical questions behind a stay.
Before a guest books.
A useful room page connects what someone likes about the place to the details they need for their own stay.
Compare the room
Sleeping arrangements, space and the features that matter.
Explain the roomUnderstand the stay
What’s included, arrival arrangements and the relevant conditions.
Explain the stayUse the booking route
The correct property, dates, guests and reservation provider.
Plan the handover
Something needs
confirming first?
Give questions about the room or stay a route to your team before the guest completes a booking.
Plan the owner’s replyMake each room
easy to understand.
A photograph can help someone imagine being there. Clear room details help them decide whether it works for the people travelling with them.
Show your actual rooms and connect each photograph to the room or category it represents. Our website image guide can help you plan useful photographs and check permission to publish them.
- Sleeping arrangements
- Explain the beds, intended occupancy and any arrangements that need a conversation. A room name alone may not tell a family or two friends what to expect.
- The space and its features
- Describe the bathroom and confirmed features. Make meaningful differences between rooms visible, rather than giving every room the same list.
- Access information
- Use specific, checked facts about the entrance, floor and route to the room. Give guests a way to ask about their requirements before booking.
Does every room need its own page?
A separate page is useful when the room has enough distinct information to help someone choose. Similar rooms may work better together. We agree the structure around your property and the differences guests need to understand.
Explain the stay
as well as the room.
Breakfast, arrival times and the conditions attached to a reservation can change how someone compares their options. Put your confirmed arrangements where guests can find them, and explain when an inclusion depends on the room or rate selected.
Family arrangements, pets, extra beds or longer stays should reflect what you actually offer. If a request needs checking, say so. Keep the website and booking provider aligned when services or policies change.
A clear page plan gives room details, practical information and booking conditions enough space without making guests search through every page.
Give the question
to someone
who can answer it.
A late arrival, a group stay or a question about room access may need your team’s confirmation. Explain how to ask and what happens before an arrangement is agreed.
Start with the intended dates, party size, the question and a way to reply. Agree who receives the enquiry and who covers their absence. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a room or confirm a special arrangement.
What should we confirm before publishing?
Check the room descriptions, inclusions and practical details with the person responsible for the property. Agree which questions need a reply and how changes will reach the website and booking provider. Your team approves the facts before launch.
Connect to the system
that manages
the reservation.
If you already use a booking provider, we can plan a clear link to it. Check the correct property and room information, the choices guests still need to make and where the reservation is confirmed.
Live rates, available rooms and payments need the system that actually manages them. Keep the website’s wording consistent with the provider’s booking and cancellation conditions.
Can the new website show live availability?
An embedded booking tool needs its own checks for supported features, account access, phone use and provider fees. New reservation software, live inventory, payments and connections to property or channel-management systems need a separate agreed scope. They are not automatically included in the standard website build.
Help guests
find the front door.
Keep the address, directions and confirmed parking or drop-off arrangements together. Explain your check-in window and how a guest should discuss arrival outside it. For more than one property, give each the correct details and booking destination.
A complete website.
A clear agreement.
We handle the words, design and build together, with a page plan we agree with you. Original design and copywriting, up to 25 responsive pages, an agreed enquiry route and 2 consolidated refinement rounds are included.
A first reviewable version follows within 48 hours of receiving your deposit and confirming the business details we need. You review the facts and approve the finished website before launch.
