Say what you do.
Make services, audiences and locations easy to find. A useful page answers the visitor's next question instead of burying it beneath a slogan.

What matters online
A visitor may arrive from search, a recommendation or a social profile. Wherever they come from, they need to understand the business behind the name before they decide to make contact.
Make services, audiences and locations easy to find. A useful page answers the visitor's next question instead of burying it beneath a slogan.
Relevant imagery, careful writing and a distinctive visual direction help someone judge whether your work is right for them.
A clear route to ask a question matters as much as the design around it. We agree that route with you before the site goes live.
A locally based team
Being based in Birmingham gives us a real location, but the useful part of the work is understanding your offer. We start with what customers need to know, then shape the page plan and visual direction around those answers.
We can work with an existing website or start from scratch. If you already have a domain, email setup and pages people visit, those deserve a deliberate review before anything changes.
How a redesign works
What £799 includes
Our fixed price is for an agreed business website, not an open-ended software project. You see the work before publication and own the finished site and files after payment.
Hosting and routine chat-based updates cost £25 a month, arranged separately at launch. The first charge is one calendar month after launch. There is no minimum term. Ecommerce, bespoke software, complex integrations and major brand work need separate scoping.
Before you decide
A transparent scope helps you compare providers on the work and ownership, not just the headline price.
Clarify whether copywriting, page planning and factual review are included, and who supplies the approved business details.
Confirm who controls your domain and email, who changes the website connection, and when the new site will be published.
Ask for the ongoing cost, cancellation terms and whether you can take the finished website elsewhere.
